We offer a variety of sourdough breads and baked goods for wholesale. For all options, we offer fresh or frozen breads. Bread is only available locally. We do not ship wholesale bread. We deliver Fridays locally and pre-arrange deliveries to our regional customers via our standard routes. 

All of our breads are fermented over at least a 24-30 hrs. Some breads are fermented over 48 hrs. All ingredients for our breads are certified organically grown and most of our grain is grown by us or family farmers with whom we work. We also fresh mill our grains in our Cortez Bakehouse.
