Our Southwest Blue Corn Cookie recipe was originally inspired by New Mexico. But it was while working with different flour and flint corn in the field, observing their stunning beauty, learning about their cultural inheritance, tasting their flavors, and evaluating their nutritional profile that we imagined their inclusion in our grain products. We pair this cookie with our Pueblo White Wheat and subtle sweet flavors of anise. Enjoy this cookie anywhere, anytime! It pairs deliciously with coffee or tea but also with wine and spirits.
