Sourdough Twists, Dinner and Sandwich Rolls

Our Twists, Dinner and Sandwich Rolls are sourdough twisted breads made with our heritage wheat starter and fresh milled Pueblo White Wheat and Einkorn and our own certified organic Pueblo Chile and Tillamok Cheddar Cheese or organic Rosemary with Sea Salt. These twists and rolls are great, fresh or frozen. They are a great fit for grocery stores and bars and are a crowd pleaser. The twists can be sliced for crostini. The rolls are perfect slider buns or small rolls to accompany soup and salads or be used as burger and sandwich rolls. Fruity, Salty, Sour & Spicy! 

Each twist weighs 250 g or half a pound, with 5 rolls weighing around 350 g or 0.67 lbs and sandwich rolls a bit larger. We sell 10 frozen or fresh twists or 10 rolls per case. Twists are baked on the day of delivery and have at least a 3-day shelf-life in cool environments <68F. Because these breads are very moist and build up condensation, we recommend refrigeration in warm weather or freezing the loaves after 2-3 days or receive frozen loaves to sell thawed or frozen. 

Wholesale breads are available for purchase at 10 twists or rolls per case. 

Suggested Retail Price for twists is $10-12.

For bakeries, bars, restaurants and cafes, the rolls are NOT individually wrapped. They are packaged in compostable kraft bags with zipper.
