Sun Loaf

dThis sourdough whole grain bread includes our southwest yeast water and heritage grain sourdough starter. The bread is made with our own certified organic, locally grown, fresh milled Pueblo White Whole Wheat. These sourdough breads are half loaves and are moist with a 2-3 week shelf-life if refrigerated and a 6-month shelf-life in freezer.

Each loaf weighs 2 lbs and is packaged in compostable cellophane with label. Fresh loaves are baked on the day of delivery and have at least a 3-day shelf-life in cool environments <68F. Because these breads are very moist and build up condensation, we recommend refrigeration in warm weather or freezing the loaves after 2-3 days or receive frozen loaves to sell thawed or frozen. 

Wholesale breads are available for purchase at 8 breads per case.
