This cookie is made with heirloom corn, without wheat. The Sunflower Maize Cookie celebrates the bounty of grains, legumes, and seeds, blending toasted maize with sunflower seeds, millet, and golden lentils. With bold flavors of organic butter and sunflower seeds and subtle notes of sumac and chile, this cookie surprises with its fruity and delicious fragrance. 

Ingredients: Organic Toasted Heirloom White Corn, Organic Butter, Organic Sunflower Seeds, Organic Brown Sugar, Organic Golden Lentils, Organic Millet, Organic Orange Peel, Organic Sumac, Organic Chile Power, Utah Salt.

Cookies are wrapped in compostable bags and packaged in a recyclable box. Each box contains 12.3 oz (350 g), with 12 cookies per box. A half case contains 9 boxes, with a full case being 18 boxes ($5 off).
