We use the full grain to make this creamy wheat from a drought-hardy selection of white winter wheat. It is a high protein bread wheat but suits itself very well for a bowl of creamy wheat. Its flavor is subtle and sweet and best paired with organic butter, sugar, cinnamon, and creamy milk. And of course, it can easily be paired with plant-based milks and decorated with seeds and dried or fresh fruit. Enjoy anywhere, anytime! Our Pueblo White Creamy Wheat is stone ground and will undergo some metamorphosis as we are milling our own with our New American Stone Mill!
