Navajo White Corn with Cal Lime

This product is from our Dine partners Byron Nelson, Nelson Farms in Shiprock, AZ. We include corn with cal lime for nixtamalization to make posole, tortillas, and atoles. Cooking instructions for nixtamalization are included. This 2 lbs bag makes around 15 corn tortillas, several cups of posole, and a few bowls of atole.
