Blue Corn Polenta

We source larger quantities of blue corn from Sunny State Products in New Mexico. Their blue corn is a flinty type, certified organic blue corn which becomes deep purple when cooked. We use a coarse grind on our stone mill for this polenta and use the full kernel without any losses of bran. Thus, all the nutrition is retained in this wonderfully flavorful corn.

This product is packed in 2-pound compostable, resealable bags, 9 bags to a case. 

Shelf-life is 12 months.
