The Cranberry Walnut Loaf is only available when we make the 100% Rye Loaf. You will receive a reminder when it is available and will also see the inventory. This loaf is a round-shaped 1-lb loaf and popular with our retail customers. It is slightly sweet from the cranberries and has a lovely texture  with the crunch of walnuts. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe rye we use in these breads is a Swiss culinary rye from the valley of Wallis by Zermatt and is grown on our farm. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach case of Cranberry Walnut loaves includes 8 loaves. We make rye bread every week, starting Tuesday. All loaves are fermented over the course of several days. This loaf is baked Friday early morning. Loaves have a 1-week non-refrigerated shelf-life (in a cool and dry environment) and 1-month refrigerated shelf-life. Loaves can be frozen and\/or purchased fresh or frozen with an excellent 3-6 month shelf-life if purchased frozen.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'San Francisco', 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size: 0.875rem;\"\u003eWe recommend refrigeration in warm weather since these are very moist whole grain breads that build up condensation.
